5 am - 11 am & 2 pm - 8 pm

Our sitters usually visit between 5 am - 9 am & 2 pm - 6 pm, our extended hours are in place to cover very busy seasonal periods, traffic issues, parking issues, or weather issues that might delay our arrival. If you require the PM feed to be at a specific time e.g 7.30 pm or 8 pm then we ask our customers to provide a cat timer machine like the simple CatMate timer so we can set the PM meal to open when we attend the PM visit if we are earlier than the time you would like your cat(s) fed.

Parking fees are included in this price (Parking fees in the City range from £1.70 to £6.40 and we absorb the cost of parking)

We can provide cat feeding visits AM & PM which include litter scooping or changing, fresh water, fresh food, setting timer machines for 1 future feed (if more than 2 future feeds see our prices section for add on services), and cleaning bowls

PM visits are available for the Brighton & Hove areas and this is a very popular service that gets booked up quickly

We send photos on every visit for our premium ‘Stay & Play’ + Feed service

This service also includes litter scooping, changing litter, fresh water, fresh food, cleaning bowls, medication, and other pets

Customers sometimes also book additional add-on services such as watering garden plants so that we maximise the amount of time we can spend with the cat(s)

This is a tailor-made service where our customers let us know what they would like us to do when we visit, this could be lots of play, extra grooming, or for our mature cats some tender love and affection, gentle soothing head rubs, sitting on our laps and lots of loving gentle strokes

Please note that this is not a booked time-specific service and we will visit during the times mentioned above

This service is tailored for our customers who require additional extended cleaning, have between 4-5 cats, have known issues with sickness or toilet accidents, might need extra medical attention, or require us to stay longer than our standard visits

This is ideal for cats that miss the litter tray through old age and have accidents often but they would rather be home stress-free than boarding at a cattery

📸 Daily photo or feedback reports £1.50 + VAT - we always send a complimentary feedback report on our first visit and final visit, some customers like a daily picture or written report so we can happily provide this service. These can be sent every AM, PM, or both if required and can be booked online using our booking system 📸

🌹 Water gardens/indoor plants (4 options are available and are limited during peak booking seasonal periods) 🌹

🪴 1-minute quick watering for a few easily accessible in-side plants for £2 + VAT

🪴🪴 5-minutes (a few indoor house plants kept in their original locations or outside plants) £5 + VAT

🪴🪴🪴 10-minutes (indoor plants and outside medium-sized gardens, veg patch, lawns & greenhouses) £10 + VAT

🪴🪴🪴🪴 15-minutes (extensive large areas front, back, side gardens, indoor plants, veg patch, lawns & greenhouses) £15 + VAT

Cat Timer Machines ⏰ - we are very happy to set a timer machine up for one next feed (apx. 12 hours later for example). Any additional feeds required for us to set up will be charged at £2 per additional feed for example a third or fourth feed covering more than just one next feed)

🔑 Key RETURN service £7.50 + VAT We normally keep and store our customer’s keys for convenience and flexibility, however, we are always happy to return a set of keys if requested. This service can be booked online once you are home and access has been gained to the property, keys are posted through your letterbox. We are unable to leave keys on a last visit, part of the service we provide requires the key return service to be requested and booked upon returning home 🔑

🔑 Key COLLECTION service £10 + VAT between 2 pm - 8 pm. Customers must be home during this period as we can not give a specific time for the collection and testing of the keys whilst at your home 🔑
