We are Brighton & Hove's local friendly independent cat-sitting company dedicated to cats since 2010.
Please initially check if we have any availability for your postcode location, and include any specific dates that you require our services for. We currently have a waiting list for customers wishing to join us in some postcode areas.
If you would like to become a new Toto Cat customer please read our 1 to 4 steps shown below so that your account with us can be created, then click to register on the link at the bottom of this page.
1. Please provide us with your full address including your postcode when you register. We need to check that we can visit your location (see the bottom of this page for more information about the locations where we can provide our services).
2. Add your cat(s) name(s) during the registration, click on the drop-down list of local vets in that section, and then fully complete the 'ROUTINE' section for us in the MY INFORMATION section. The routine section is vital as we will use this when we visit your home for a home registration meeting. We won’t be able to offer a home registration meeting without this information being added.
3. You can now request our services once all the above information has been added to your account. We can only complete a home registration meeting if a new customer requests our services (minimum 3-day request is required initially, then shorter requests are available).
4. There is a nominal £10 + VAT registration fee payable for your home meeting, this covers the cost of any parking fees (Parking fees range from £1.70 to £5.40 in the City), fuel costs, admin setup, and team member's salary who will come to visit you.
Full payment will be required no later than the date of your home registration meeting, payment always activates and confirms all bookings. We are unable to commence visits unless full payment has been received.
Payment can be made via your Bank account or we accept payment by American Express, Visa, and Mastercard (There are no fees to pay using a card as we absorb this cost).
Although we do not offer a refund or credit if you cancel your first initial booking with us, we are always happy to provide a credit on your account valid for six months for any future bookings after the initial first booking with us (this excludes some dates during the Christmas period).

We recommend using a laptop, PC, or Tablet/iPad device rather than a small smartphone when registering. It will be easier to navigate with a larger screen when adding all the information that we need.
We are unable to leave keys on a last visit, part of the service we provide requires the key return service to be requested and booked upon returning home (£7.50 + VAT).
Areas that we cover - Brighton & Hove areas including Mile Oak, Southwick, Portslade, Fishersgate, Hangleton, West Blatchington, Hove Park, Withdean, Westdene, Patcham, Hollingbury, Coldean, Bevendean, Moulscoombe, Hollingdean, Fiveways areas, Hanover areas, Coombe Road areas, Off Lewes Road areas and Whitehawk.
Mile Oak, Southwick, Portslade, Fishersgate, Hangleton, West Blatchington, North of the Hove A270, Patcham, Hollingbury, Coldean, Bevendean, Moulscoombe, Whitehawk, Westdene, Withdean, Preston Park Station areas/North of A270 Brighton, North of Preston Park, Surrenden and Varndean areas we add £1.50 + VAT (we are always happy to check your location before registering with us).
Areas we do not cover - East of Wilson Avenue, Woodingdean, The Marina, Ovingdean, Rottingdean, Saltdean, Newhaven, Peacehaven, and Shoreham-By-Sea (West of Kingston Lane). Also, for any areas in the very busy central areas of town such as the old and new Laines areas/Brighton Station areas/Fleet Street area/Churchill Square and surrounding areas/Western Road areas/Steine areas/some Kemptown areas/some main roads leading out of Brighton/Lewes Road and London Road/ where there is limited or no parking available, and possible heavy traffic congestion/restrictions. We are always happy to check your location before registering with us.
Insulin Injections - Apologies in advance but due to the fact that we cannot guarantee specific visiting times, we are unable to offer insulin injections as part of the services for diabetic cats with the 12-hour injecting gap requirement. We would also need two sitters to attend this procedure, which is not possible either for us. We recommend contacting a local cattery where there will usually be two persons on-site to help with administering the injections at the set times which are usually 7 am and 7 pm (some catteries are unable to offer this service as well like us).
