We are Brighton & Hove's friendly local independent cat care company dedicated to cats since 2010.

We are the convenient alternative to a cattery for Brighton & Hove.

We are available 365 days throughout the year.

Team Toto can visit your cat(s) in your own home up to 2 times daily to feed and care for them in their own familiar environment.

 All our prices INCLUDE parking fees (Parking fees range from £1.70 to £6.40 in the City) and there are no credit card or debit card fees (We absorb the cost for this).

Our customers use our easy-to-use online booking system to book visits, cancel visits, extend visits, and update us on routines.

We are insured through 'Pet Business Insurance' to visit your home.

New customers can register with us and request our services by visiting our 'New Customer Registration' page.

 We will meet with you in advance at your home for a registration meeting.

 Our initial registration can take about 15 minutes and this includes meeting your cat(s), checking we have all the information we need for our visits, and our new customers can run through the routine and procedures with us. We will test & collect some spare keys, or customers can arrange our key collection service at another time.

Payment can be made on or before the date of your registration meeting.

Payment activates and confirms all bookings.

Although we do not offer a refund or credit if you cancel your first initial booking with us, we are always happy to provide a credit on your account valid for six months for any future bookings after the initial first booking with us (this excludes some dates during the Christmas period).

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to receive a credit.

To provide an effective level of care for your pet whilst you are away, we will only agree to and accept bookings of at least one visit per day for the duration of your absence (so we will not take bookings of visits every two, three, or more days). This is to ensure your pet always has adequate company, food, water, and any health or welfare issues can be identified and managed as soon as possible while you're away.

 We are a mature, professional, and friendly small team.

 The Toto Team Sitters are Simon, Karen, Mark, Tina, Chris, Charlotte & Sian who are all passionate about cats and would love to meet yours.
